Our 21st Anniversary Fun Dog Show!!!
Saturday 20th September 2025 in Daisy Meadow, Heybridge Basin for Heybridge Basin residents, their family and friends.
This is a very special year!! We can’t believe that we have come so far, from small beginnings to an enjoyable fun filled day for so many. Apart from the tunnel in the agility ring, kindly donated by Mrs Marie Swann, we have made or borrowed all the equipment, because every penny that is spent at our show is passed on to our chosen charity. This year we have nominated the Chelmer and Blackwater Canal, the newly named Essex Navigation Trust. It is the reason our village came into existence and we all love walking along its banks, watching the locking or just being part of its unique atmosphere.
We run classes for all ages of dogs and their owners, with fabulous rosettes for the winners and a Challenge Shield for the overall winner.
Try our Agility Course and earn a rosette for every clear round. Sample our delicious hot and cold drinks, home made savoury and sweet and frozen delights for dogs and their owners, served by our experienced qualified team.
Registration starts at noon, with the first Class at 1pm sharp.
Since our first show in 2004 we have raised over £14,500 for local charities including Maldon Wildlife Rescue, The Cinnamon Trust, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Row4aReason and Clarks Farm Greyhound Rehoming Centre, British Heart Foundation, Farleigh Hospice, Last Wish, Maldon Sea Cadets and many more. This is all thanks to our fabulous supporters, sponsors and our wonderful helpers. THANK YOU.
