This year’s fun dog show took place on Saturday 30th June in Daisy Meadow, Heybridge Basin. We had a great day with the sun shining on us. It was good to see some familiar faces from previous shows and also to see some new dogs with their handlers. We hope those who came enjoyed what is becoming a popular annual village event!
Of the eight classes, we had a total of 126 entries. The most popular being the canine with the most appealing eyes, followed by the dog the judges would most like to take home.
We should like to thank those who generously gave a donation including the Parish Council who also donated a trophy again this year.
Thank you to everyone who supported our village fun dog show and helped us raise just over £600 for Row4AReason.
Next year’s Oars and Paws Fun Dog Show will be our 10th and we are hoping to make it our best yet and with your support we are sure we can!
